I ordered some beef sticks from Hilltop Ranch & Cattle for a Girl Scout camping trip a few weeks back. When she delivered my package to the door, I wasn't home but later excitedly opened the package later that evening. They were in a cute brown bag with their logo stamped on the front. Inside was my beef sticks wrapped in twine with a sticker (I LOVE stickers ) and a card with a hand written thank you. Y'all. This is how you do it. I was SOLD. Packaging is one of my favorite forms of marketing.

How is your product presented to the customer or delivered?
Is there some sort of extra fun freebie or item (like a sticker, candy, etc)?
Is there a handwritten note or card that shows your appreciation for their purchase?
